Reactivity Data

Reactivity profiles for MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, <i>in virio</i>, post extraction and post reassembly.<br>footprinted samples have been processed using capillary electrophoresis (CE) and the CE traces have been analysed using the BoXFP software package. <br>Each file contains 3 columns; the first details the positions of the datapoints in the MS2 genome; the second column contains the average reactivity values; the third column contains the standard errors on the mean for the reactivity values. <br>The files ending <i>reacs.csv </i>contains the unnormalised reactivity profiles whilst those ending <i>reacsNorm.csv</i> contain the normalised reactivity profiles. The primer used, treatment condition, and X-ray exposure time is also provided in the label of the files. <br>Note that all profiles have been corrected against background samples (0 ms exposed samples). means and standard errors on the mean are taken over 3 replicates excepted for the primer 6 Virion and Reassembled samples which are over two replicates.本数据集包含经X射线足迹法（X-ray footprinting）处理的MS2核糖核酸（MS2 RNA）的反应性谱图，处理场景涵盖转录本中、病毒颗粒内（in virio）、提取后以及重组装后。经足迹法处理的样本已通过毛细管电泳（capillary electrophoresis, CE）完成前处理，所得CE图谱均使用BoXFP软件包进行分析。每个数据文件均包含三列数据：第一列为数据点在MS2基因组上的位置；第二列为平均反应性数值；第三列为反应性数值的均值标准误。文件名以*reacs.csv*结尾的文件包含未标准化的反应性谱图，而以*reacsNorm.csv*结尾的文件则包含标准化后的反应性谱图。文件名标识中还包含了实验所用引物、处理条件以及X射线暴露时长信息。请注意，所有反应性谱图均以背景样本（暴露时长为0ms的样本）为参照完成校正。除引物6的病毒颗粒及重组装样本仅基于2次生物学重复计算均值与标准误外，其余数据均取自3次生物学重复。
