This scientific dataset is developed from the list of quarantine-affected areas for pine wood nematode released by the National Forestry Administration during 2015–2019, with spatial big data visualization strictly conducted in compliance with uniform land cover and administrative division scopes. It has a spatial scale of district and county-level administrative divisions, and the covered temporal years are 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019.
