SlSRC2 can negatively regulate tomato resistance to Botrytis cinerea. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on SlSRC2-overexpressing plants, knockout plants, and the recipient material AC at 0h and 24h after inoculation with Botrytis cinerea. Following pathogen infection, differences in transcript levels caused by this gene across different genetic lines were analyzed.
