TRAP protein cage as an easily modifiable platform for biomedical purposes - reasearch data

This dataset is associated with the PRELUDIUM project no. 2021/41/N/NZ1/02635. It comprises data related to the modification and functionalization of the TRAP protein cage using Sortase A-mediated ligation, including the incorporation of antibody-binding domains (ABDs) and oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs). The dataset covers combined strategies of external functional decoration of the TRAP cage and internal encapsulation of an active enzyme. The encapsulated enzyme used in this study was human carbonic anhydrase II (hCAII).
