Our study explores the interactions of ELN in tumor immuno-organoids (TIOs) derived from mouse, focusing on the impact of immune cell dynamics processes. The experimental framework utilizes organoids co-cultured with mesenteric lymph node (MLN) cells and bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs), stimulated with ELN and ITD1. Given the complex gene regulatory changes brought about by ELN in the TME, we examined the relevant mRNA expression using RNA-seq in a 72-hour co-culture system.
