基于辊压成型仿真分析结果,采用相场算算法,进一步研究了材料力学性能及透气度对芳纶蜂窝纸的力学性能影响规律,进一步指导了另一种厚度芳纶蜂窝纸的生产制造,建立芳纶蜂窝纸多次辊压生产线,实现了两种不同厚度芳纶蜂窝纸的生产,第一种芳纶蜂窝纸性能:抗张强度(纵向)4.25kN/m,抗张强度(横向)1.71kN/m,透气度≤ 0.01μ m/( Pa•s);第二种芳纶蜂窝纸性能:抗张强度6.7kN/m,抗张强3.31kN/m,透气度≤0.01μ m/(Pa•s)。数据量559.6MB。
Based on the simulation analysis results of roll forming, the phase-field algorithm was adopted to further investigate the influence regularities of materials' mechanical properties and air permeability on the mechanical properties of aramid honeycomb paper. This work further guided the production and manufacturing of aramid honeycomb paper with another thickness. A multi-pass roll forming production line for aramid honeycomb paper was established, enabling the production of two types of aramid honeycomb paper with different thicknesses. Performance parameters of the first aramid honeycomb paper: Tensile strength (longitudinal): 4.25 kN/m, Tensile strength (transverse): 1.71 kN/m, Air permeability ≤ 0.01 μm/(Pa·s); Performance parameters of the second aramid honeycomb paper: Tensile strength: 6.7 kN/m, Tensile strength: 3.31 kN/m, Air permeability ≤ 0.01 μm/(Pa·s). The total data volume of this dataset is 559.6 MB.
