aThis table contains only those intervention parameters considered to be necessary for primary understanding and parameterization of the model. A full listing of all intervention parameters is available in tables 1 and 2 and in File S1, within the spreadsheet containing the model. All values represent mean parameter values in this deterministic model. bIt is assumed that only one person among the 1000 people is using the ITNs.
