[Ca²⁺]_i in FL cells (FI₅₂₆).

After fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4°C overnight, FL cells were stained with 24.8 µg/ml Fluo-3/AM(EX/EM: 488 nm/525 nm) for 40 min at 37°C in the dark. A 0.5-ml (1×105/ml) cell suspension was collected for each group for flow cytometry measurements.
