VPRS 17027 Mining Warden's Register

The Gold Fields Act 1857 and subsequent mining legislation required Mining Wardens (in their judicial function) to keep a record of all decisions and orders made. The Mining Warden's Register records details of each case including the case number, the date of the complaint, the names and addresses of the complainant(s) and defendant(s), the nature of the complaint and the value or amount sought and the decision and signature of the Warden.《1857年金矿法》（Gold Fields Act 1857）及后续出台的矿业立法要求，行使司法职能的矿业专员（Mining Wardens）需留存所有作出的裁决与指令记录。本矿业专员登记册（Mining Warden's Register）收录了每起案件的详细信息，包括案件编号、投诉日期、投诉人与被告人的姓名及住址、投诉事由、诉求金额或标的价值，以及专员的裁决内容与签名。
