Morph-specific gene expression in the nematode Allodiplogaster sudhausi. Morph-specific transcriptome

This study shows the three different mouth-form morphs in the nematode Allodiplogaster sudhausi that had their RNA sequenced. Only young adult hermaphrodites were looked at. Four different conditions were used: Stenostomatous (St) morphs from Escherichia coli, St morphs from Penicillium camemberti, Eursytomatous (EU) morphs from Caenorhabditis elegans and Te morphs from Penicillium camemberti. There are three biological replicates for each sample.
