<b>Variation, fluxes and fate of methane in an active cold seep of the Formosa Ridge, the South China Sea:</b> <b>Insights from </b><b><i>in situ</i></b><b> observations</b>

This data set includes the in situ data of the environment at the site F from the ROV tracks of the three years, sensitivity test results of the methane inputs and flux of the site F. In addition, comparison of methane emission and flux in site F with those from other cold seeps were also presented.
