Transcription profiling of mouse pancreas from Mist knockouts vs. wild type treated with caerulein (induces pancreatitis) or saline controls

Mouse pancreas from wild type and MistKO animals were induced either with caerulein or saline as control and processed for RNA. Targets from three biological replicates of each were generated and the expression profiles were determined using Affymetrix Mouse Expression chips 430. Comparisons between the sample groups allow the identification of genes with differential expression patterns of genes which might contribute to pancreatitis.本数据集以野生型（wild type）与Mist基因敲除（MistKO）小鼠的胰腺组织为实验材料，分别采用雨蛙肽（caerulein）进行诱导处理，同时设置生理盐水（saline）作为空白对照，随后完成RNA样本制备流程。针对每组样本均设置三次生物学重复并制备检测靶标，利用Affymetrix小鼠表达谱芯片430（Affymetrix Mouse Expression Chips 430）完成基因表达谱测定。通过不同样本组间的比较分析，可鉴定出可能参与胰腺炎发生发展过程的差异表达基因。
