This study integrates Gaofen-5 hyperspectral data and topographic features to construct multi-dimensional environmental variables, with optimal variables identified via RFE-SHAP for precise SOC mapping in mining areas of the Tibetan Plateau, China. An interpretable RF model, leveraging SHAP values, was employed to determine key predictive variables at global and local scales.
