Rattus norvegicus Raw sequence reads

60 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, including control group, lithium-pilocarpine chronic epilepsy model group, levetiracetam(150mg/kg) group, levetiracetam(150mg/kg) combined with sodium oligomannate(25mg/kg) group, levetiracetam(150mg/kg) combined with sodium oligomannate(50mg/kg) intervention group. After the model was successfully established, the rats in each group were evaluated for cognitive behavioral baseline by Y maze. After the baseline evaluation, treatment were given for 3 months, while the control group and the model group reeived the same volume of normal saline. After 3 months, seizures in each group were monitored by video. The Morris water maze test was used to evaluate the cognitive function, and the light-dark box test, the forced swimming test and the tail suspension test were used to evaluate the emotion of rats. Rat feces were analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing. The blood routine, liver and kidney function in each group were detected.
