PFOS-induced Sertoli cell injury is mediated through c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) - a study by RNA-Seq

This study aims to search for the signaling cascade of PFOS in the Sertoli cell of rat testes as a study model to identify the mechanism by which PFOS induces Sertoli cell injury. This information should be helpful to manage PFOS-induced reproductive dysfunction, and perhaps other disorders. Primary rat Sertoli cells were obtained to process transcriptome analysis.
