Eriosoma lanigerum genome assembly and annotation. Eriosoma lanigerum isolate:AA05

We generated a high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly of Eriosoma lanigerum using a combination of 10X Genomics linked-reads and Hi-C sequencing. The genome was also annotated. Our reference genome can provide information about genome organization in the Eriosomatinae sub-family and allows comparative genomic studies for a better understanding of the evolution of aphids.
