cryo-ET tutorial dataset for template matching - raw frames

This is the raw electron microscopy data from the pytom template matching tutorial: <a href="https://doi.org/10.34894/TLGJCM">doi:10.34894/TLGJCM</a>. <br> <br> 10 cryo-EM tilt-series of ER-derived vesicles from HEK293F cells. Tilt-series collected between +-51 degrees with a 3 degree increment (35 tilts) and cumulative dose of less than 80 e-/A^2. Each tilt was collected as a movie with 8 frames and pixel size of 1.724 A/px (stored as .tif files). Each tilt-series has an serialEM (.mdoc) file with metadata of the collection. <br> <br> IMPORTANT: Tilt movies in this dataset were already gain-corrected.
