Dataset for: A Virtual Cohort Simulation Framework for Assessing Pre-Trial Design Fragility in Non-Pharmacological Digital Behavioral Intervention Trials

This dataset supports a methodological application study that developed and retrospectively evaluated a virtual cohort simulation framework for assessing pre-trial design fragility in non-pharmacological digital behavioral intervention trials. The empirical testbed was a corpus of published digital cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia and related digital insomnia randomized trials. The archive contains final tabular data for the READY12 primary analysis corpus, prespecified operational thresholds, decision rules, method-level recommendation counts, trial-level design-fragility outputs, and prespecified sensitivity summaries. The data are derived from published aggregate trial reports and synthetic analysis outputs. No individual participant data, identifiable human-subject data, or clinical records are included.
