An excessively large imbalance coefficient may mean that the station's passenger flow exceeds expectations, failing to adequately meet customers' usage needs. As a green travel mode, public bicycles can effectively reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions. The rental-return imbalance coefficient provides a basis for determining the number of public bicycles allocated to each station, guides the rational allocation of public bicycle resources, and largely solves the "last-mile" problem in customers' travel. While improving customers' travel experience, the convenience and environmental friendliness of public bicycles help enhance the city's overall image, as well as its attractiveness and competitiveness. 1. Data Collection: Export the rental and return data of public bicycle stations in Donghu Subdistrict, Linping District, Hangzhou via the intelligent bicycle scheduling system. 2. Data Processing: Conduct data cleaning to ensure its accuracy and integrity, remove duplicate and erroneous records, unify the format of all data fields, and perform classification, aggregation and summary. 3. Data Calculation: Rental imbalance coefficient = number of rental trips on the day / average number of rentals within the cycle; Return imbalance coefficient = number of return trips on the day / average number of returns within the cycle. 4. Data Application: Use visualization tools to intuitively display the rental-return imbalance coefficients of various stations.
