Southern Ocean oligochaete occurrence data - a literature-based compilation

This data set gives all occurrences of marine oligochaetes in the Southern Ocean mentioned in the literature, from 1888 (first mention) until 2009. 25 species were mentioned, representative of three families, namely the Capilloventridae (1 genus, 1 species), the Enchytraeidae (3 genera, 16 species) and the Tubificidae. The latter family includes 3 subfamilies, the Rhyacodrilinae (1 genus, 1 species + 1 undetermined), the Phallodrilinae (3 genera, 5 species) and the Limnodriloidinae (1 genus, 1 species).本数据集收录了1888年（首次文献记载）至2009年间，所有见于公开文献的南大洋海洋寡毛类（marine oligochaetes）物种出现记录。本次共记载25个物种，分属3个科：毛腹虫科（Capilloventridae，含1属1种）、仙女虫科（Enchytraeidae，含3属16种）以及颤蚓科（Tubificidae）。其中颤蚓科下设3个亚科：溪泥蚓亚科（Rhyacodrilinae，含1属1种+1未定种）、雄尾蚓亚科（Phallodrilinae，含3属5种）以及泥线蚓亚科（Limnodriloidinae，含1属1种）。
