miRNA sequencing of fat body collect from adult female locusts

Using hight throughput sequencing and data processing, we identified miRNA and quantified their expression in the fat body of adult females of Locusta migratoria. Samples were collected from locusts at 0, 2, 4, 6 days post adult eclosion. And 3 samples were subjected for RNA sequencing for each time point.
