Purpose: Next Generation Sequencing Analysis has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare the transcriptomes between bone marrow HPC and LP sorted from early phase (E) and median phase (M) to find the changed genes in LP. Overall design: mRNA profiles of HPC and LP sorted from E and M were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Hiseq 2000.
