Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data was used to measure the self-cleavage of libraries of ribozyme using the CleaveSeq method as described in reference. This repository contains the raw data for these sequencing runs. Each experiment is represented by the following data:• Raw sequencing fastq files; each of these may contain data for multiple experiments identified by embedded barcode prefixes and suffixes.• Counts files. Each raw sequence file was reduced to a counts file that list all of the unique full sequences contained in the fastq file along with counts of how many times that exact sequence occurred.• Metadata that lists, for each individual experiment, the raw fastq and count file containing data for the experiment along with prefixes and suffixes that identify which reads in the file correspond to cleaved and to uncleaved molecules in the experiment. <br>Notes:• We typically use data which matches the specified prefixes and suffixes with up to one error in each.• The same experiment may have multiple entries – this indicates that an analysis used data from multiple independent experiments.• Since the counts files compactly represent the relevant information from the fastq files, we are only uploading one set of raw fastq files for reference purposes. <br>
