## **Abstract** \n\n\n\n\n\nThe dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\n"Asset database for the Maranoa-Balonne-Condamine subregion on 09 June 2015" supersedes the previous version of the database dated 25 February 2015", GUID: 97692b04-56c7-49ad-9844-8337e114a227. \n\n\n\nThe asset database is registered to the BA repository as an ESRI personal goedatabase (.mdb - doubling as a MS Access database) that can store, query, and manage non-spatial data. The spatial data is contained in a separate file geodatabase. the two databases can be joined using the AID and/or ElementID as required. \n\n\n\nSome of the source data used in the compilation of this dataset is restricted.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nUnder the BA program, a spatial assets database is developed for each defined bioregional assessment project. The spatial elements that underpin the identification of water dependent assets are identified in the first instance by regional NRM organisations (via the WAIT tool) and supplemented with additional elements from national and state/territory government datasets. All reports received associated with the WAIT process for MBC are included in the zip file as part of this dataset. \n\n\n\nElements are initially included in the preliminary assets database if they are partly or wholly within the subregion's preliminary assessment extent (Materiality Test 1, M1). Elements are then grouped into assets which are evaluated by project teams to determine whether they meet the second Materiality Test (M2). Assets meeting both Materiality Tests comprise the water dependent asset list. Descriptions of the assets identified in the Clarence-Morton subregion are found in the "AssetList" table of the database. In this version of the database M1 and M2 have both been assessed. \n\n\n\nAssets are the spatial features used by project teams to model scenarios under the BA program. Detailed attribution does not exist at the asset level. Asset attribution includes only the core set of BA-derived attributes reflecting the BA classification hierarchy, as described in Appendix A of "MBC_asset_database_doc_20150609.doc", located in the zip file as part of this dataset. The "Element_to_Asset" table contains the relationships and identifies the elements that were grouped to create each asset. **数据集历史（Dataset History）** 在BA计划框架下，针对每个已确定的生物区域评估项目均会开发一套空间资产数据库。支撑水依赖型资产识别的空间要素首先由区域自然资源管理（Natural Resource Management, NRM）机构通过水资源资产信息工具（Water Asset Information Tool, WAIT）完成识别，随后补充来自国家及州/领地政府数据集的额外要素。本数据集的压缩包中已纳入所有与马拉诺阿-巴隆-康达明次区域（Maranoa-Balonne-Condamine subregion, MBC）WAIT流程相关的报告。 若要素部分或全部位于该次区域的初步评估范围（重要性测试1，Materiality Test 1, M1）内，则会被初步纳入临时资产数据库。随后要素将被归集为资产，由项目团队评估其是否符合第二项重要性测试（Materiality Test 2, M2）。同时通过两项重要性测试的资产将构成水依赖型资产清单。数据库的"AssetList"表中记载了克拉伦斯-莫顿次区域（Clarence-Morton subregion）已识别资产的相关描述。本版本数据库已完成M1与M2两项测试的评估工作。 资产是项目团队在BA计划框架下开展情景建模所使用的空间要素。资产层面未设置详细属性字段，其属性仅包含BA计划衍生的核心属性集，该属性集对应BA计划分类层级，详细说明见本数据集压缩包内的《MBC_asset_database_doc_20150609.doc》附录A。"Element_to_Asset"表存储了要素与资产的关联关系，并标注了用于归集为各资产的原始要素信息。有关数据库结构与内容的详细说明可查阅《MBC_asset_database_doc_20150609.doc》文档。 ### **版本历史** v1 2014年10月9日 初始数据库版本。 v1.2 2015年2月25日 初始数据库的迭代版本，经公众咨询后新增了部分要素与资产。 v2 2015年6月9日 将项目团队出具的水依赖型判定结果纳入数据库；修正了NAMOI数据库中5项资产（AID：4741、4742、4743、4745、4747）的错误"subgroup"字段值，将其从"地表水管理区或区域（地表面积）"更新为"地下水管理区或区域（地表面积）"；将标志字段值从"On/Off"更新为"Yes/No"。 ##
