Data for: Constraints on the formation of the Baogutu reduced porphyry copper deposit (West Junggar, NW China): implicating by the Cu-bearing mafic magma

Six representatives samples, which collected in Baogutu reduced porphyry Cu deposit were selected for whole rock geochemical investigations. Part of the samples was analyzed for zircon U-Pb dating by Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS), zircon Hf isotopic analysis, and whole rock Sm-Nd isotopic analysis. In addition, the thin sections of gabbro and diorite were selected for electron microprobe analysis and observation. All analyses were conducted at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IGGCAS), China.选取采自包古图还原型斑岩铜矿床的6件代表性样品，开展全岩地球化学测试分析。其中部分样品采用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法（LA-ICP-MS）完成锆石U-Pb定年、锆石Hf同位素分析以及全岩Sm-Nd同位素分析。此外，选取辉长岩与闪长岩的薄片开展电子探针分析及镜下观察。所有测试分析工作均在中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所（IGGCAS）完成。
