Data supporting wind-induced hydrodynamics and post-wind seiches in Lake Taihu under declining near-surface winds

This repository contains the processed datasets supporting the study on the response of wind-induced hydrodynamics, wind waves, and post-wind seiches in Lake Taihu to declining near-surface winds. The archived materials include processed long-term wind data, representative northwesterly and southeasterly strong-wind events, FVCOM–SWAN model-derived datasets for the baseline and reduced-wind experiments, model validation data, and data supporting the post-wind seiche analyses. The dataset is organized to support the principal results presented in the associated manuscript and Supporting Information. Details of the archived files, variables, units, time conventions, and model scenarios are provided in the README file.
