Éléments de géométrie algébrique (EGA): Canonical French and Standalone English Editions

This same-concept checkpoint contains exactly two independent cumulative editions: a canonical diplomatic French edition through EGA II printed p.31, and a standalone English EGA 0–IV edition independently rechecked through the corresponding French page. It is not a bilingual, paired, parallel, side-by-side, interleaved, or combined edition. 00_FR.pdf is the default visible reader; the English PDF is separate. French p.31 adds Propositions 2.5.2, 2.5.4, and 2.5.5, Definition 2.5.3, and their proofs. The 4,328-byte append has an exact truncation inverse. The French reader has 164 A4 pages; deterministic build passes two and three are byte-identical, and physical p.164 passed visual QA. The standalone English p.31 comparison found no necessary correction. R199 is a complete 127-file identity successor to R198, so the independently built 1,345-page English reader remains byte-identical. Earlier source-grounded English corrections and all exact inverses remain preserved. The packages retain the direct-source authority binding, 913 unique decision IDs, every adverse/recovery row, complete source manifests, reader-build manifests, and the non-reader semantic scaffold. The scaffold is indexing metadata only and does not join the two reading orders. This verified page checkpoint is not completion of the canonical French EGA 0–IV corpus.
