Development plan No. 1 — Commercial and industrial area South-East — City Großräschen

The purpose of the development plan in 1992 was to designate commercial (GE) and industrial areas (GIs), the road surfaces necessary for traffic development and a sewage treatment plant necessary for the disposal of wastewater. Furthermore, the regulation of immission protection concerns regarding housing development was a priority. The development plan No. 01 created the planning law basis for the use of the industrial and commercial area by investors from various sectors.
