Inspire BW Biogeographical regions Main types of climate
收藏资源简介:
The growing conditions of Baden-Württemberg for forest tree species are diverse. From this point of view, the country is divided into a variety of different regions. The regional structure first highlights the local characteristics, which distinguish one region from the other regions of the country. The main climate type is part of the names of regional/zonal forests. It expresses a combination of vegetation-ecological characteristics of the regional/zonal forests. Depending on the social climate, growth performance, endangerment and the accompanying floristic and faunistic equipment of regional and zonal forests are different even if the same name-giving main tree species predominate. The main climate type follows in its designations the thermal climatic altitude levels, i.e. planar, kollin, submontan, montan and highmontan.
