To explore the impact of JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor ruxolitinib on thymic epithelial cells of mice, we treated mTEC1 cells, a murine thymic epithelial cell line, with PBS or ruxolitinib for 48 hours. RNA-sequencing was performed on total RNA isolated from these cells.
