This dataset contains supporting objective evidence and raw measurement data for Chapter 2 of the thesis, which describes the development and validation of a Custom Waveform Generator (CWG) for subcutaneous cardiac pacing and hiPSC-derived cardiac tissue stimulation. The deposited files comprise “Appendix 2 Chapter 2 CWG Characterisation Testing” and “Appendix 1 Chapter 2  Raw Data”. “Appendix 2 Chapter 2 CWG Characterisation Testing” provides the CWG characterisation test report, documenting the test article, firmware version, equipment used, calibration status, test configuration and procedural steps used to evaluate CWG performance. “Appendix 1 Chapter 2 – Raw Data” provides the associated raw measurement workbook, containing pulse-timing measurements, waveform timing parameters, duty-cycle measurements and current-output measurements across representative resistive loads. Together, these files support the Chapter 2 validation claims relating to programmable waveform generation, pulse timing accuracy, waveform fidelity and current regulation.
