TPS files for calculating shape outline differences in Lake Pannon Cyprideis (Ostracoda)

This repository contains tps. files of the eleven species of the genus Cyprideis from the western margin of Lake Pannon, covering a stratigraphic range from the pre-lacustrine Late Sarmatian to the lacustrine Middle Pannonian. The files are digital approximations of right female valves photographed in external lateral view using a Nikon light microscope and a Nikon digital camera. The anterior and posterior spines were removed from the optic images using graphical software. The optic images were then processed with TPS-dig software (version 1.40; Rohlf, 2004).本数据集收录了采自潘农湖（Lake Pannon）西岸的11种土菱介属（Cyprideis）物种的TPS格式文件，其地层覆盖范围从湖盆形成前的晚萨尔马特期延伸至湖相沉积的中潘农期。该批文件为基于光学影像构建的雌性右壳瓣数字化近似数据，原始影像采用尼康光学显微镜与尼康数码相机以外部侧视视角拍摄完成。研究人员首先通过图形处理软件移除了原始光学影像中的前后棘刺，随后使用TPS-dig软件（版本1.40；Rohlf，2004）对处理后的影像进行数字化处理。
