CON-ART PRIEST v1.0 model output interpolated to measurement sites

This database contains interpolated output data from an ICON-ART PRIEST v1.0 simulation in comma-separated values (CSV) files, featuring concentrations of selected per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The files are organised by medium (atmosphere, cruise, and wet deposition) and by data type (individual, periodic observations versus summary statistics). This is made to compare with measurement data. folder contents ATMOS/INDIVIDUAL‑PERIODICAL Individual or period‑specific PFAS (PFOA, PFNA, and 8:2 FTOH) concentrations at sampling sites. Each record corresponds to a sampling period defined by “Start of sampling” and “End of sampling”. ATMOS/STATISTICS Per‑site summary statistics (mean, median, min, max, percentiles, etc.) derived from the periodical data and the corresponding modelled values of PFOA, PFNA and 8:2 FTOH. CRUISE Modelled 8:2 FTOH concentrations along the research vessel Polarstern cruise track. WDEPO Modelled wet deposition (ng m⁻²) of PFOA, PFNA and 8:2 FTOH.
