This series consists of cost estimates files for broad and narrow gauge railway lines. For each estimate the following details are given: "Description of Work" (land transfer expenses, clearing, fencing, points and crossing, signals etc), "Quality", "Rate", "Cost", and "Total Cost".Apart from VPRS 3814 which is a consolidated index to this, each file has an index at the front.
本系列包含宽轨与窄轨铁路线路的造价估算文件。每份估算文件均包含如下明细：「工程内容」（土地征收费用、场地清理、围栏搭建、道岔与交叉线路、信号设施等）、「质量标准」、「单价」、「单项成本」及「总成本」。除VPRS 3814为本系列的综合索引外，其余每份文件的首页均设有索引。
