Data set for: Nanosculpted 3D helices of a magnetic Weyl semimetal with switchable nonreciprocal electron transport
收藏资源简介:
This data repository contains the experimental data utilised to produce the figures shown in the article "Nanosculpted 3D helices of a magnetic Weyl semimetal with switchable nonreciprocal electron transport" by Max T. Birch, Yukako Fujishiro, Ilya Belopolski, Masataka Mogi, Yi-Ling Chiew, Zhuolin Li, Xiuzhen Yu, Naoto Nagaosa, Minoru Kawamura, and Yoshinori Tokura. --- Data ---The data is divided by the measured Co3Sn2S2 FIB device samples: flat plate, achiral rod, left handed 0.5 um helix, left handed 1.0 um helix, right handed 1 um helix and right handed 2 um helix. Each folder contains files contain transport measurement data acquired using lock-in transport measurements. In all cases, the file name indicates the voltage, temperature, frequency and applied magnetic field of the measurement. The AC voltage source was passed through a 4700 Ohm load resistor in series with the measured samples. Therefore, the current in each measurement can be obtained as voltage/resistance [where the resistance is the total circuit resistance = 4700 (load resistor) + 50 (output impedance) + 100 (approximate two terminal resistance)]. --- Folder and File Labelling ---Files labelled 'tempscan' contain the temperature-dependent measurements shown in main text Figure 1, Extended Data Figure 1, and Extended Data Figure 6. Files labelled 'fieldscan' contain field-dependent measurements. Files ending in "TDep" contain data shown in Main Text Figure 2, Main Text Figure 3, and were analysed to acquire the parameters in Main Text Figure 4; as well as Extended Data Figure 4, Extended Data Figure 6, and Supplementary Figure S2 and Supplementary Figure S3. Files ending in "Idep" contain data shown in Extended Data Figure 7 and Extended Data Figure 8. The folder labelled "Left_Handed_0.5um_Switching" contains the current-induced magnetisation switching data measured on the left-handed 0.5 um sized helix sample. This data is shown in Main Text Figure 4 and Extended Data Figure 5. The comparative field scan data is also included here. The folder labelled "Right_Handed_2um_Rotation" contains the field angle dependent data measured on the right-handed 2.0 um sized helix sample. This data is shown in Extended Data figure 9 and Extended Data Figure 10. The files labelled 'fieldscan' contain the field-dependent measurement data acquired at the field angles indicated. The files labelled 'rotscan' contain the field angle dependent rotation scan measurements at the temperatures and applied magnetic field values indicated. The folder labelled "Right_Handed_2um_Circuit" contains the measurement circuit characterisation data, shown in Supplementary Figure S1. The file labelled 'tempscan' contains the temperature dependent measurement, and the files labelled 'fieldscan' contain the field-dependent measurement. --- Data Formatting ---These files contain data columns corresponding to the scan variable (temperature or magnetic field) and the four output channels of the lock-in amplifiers. For example, the four channels of the first lock-in amplifier are labelled X1 (real part), Y1 (imaginary part), R1 (magnitude) and Theta1 (phase angle in degrees). In the majority of data folders, the lock-in amplifiers were assigned as follows:1) Four terminal voltage - first harmonic2) Four terminal voltage - second harmonic3) Four terminal voltage - third harmonic In the 'plate' folder, the lock-in amplifiers were assigned as follows:1) Hall voltage - first harmonic2) Four terminal voltage - first harmonic In the 'Right_Handed_2um_Circuit' data folder, for the temperature scan, the lock-in amplifiers were assigned as follows:1) Four terminal voltage - first harmonic2) Two terminal voltage - first harmonic3) Load resistor voltage - first harmonic In the 'Right_Handed_2um_Circuit' data folder, for the field scan, the lock-in amplifiers were assigned as follows:1) Four terminal voltage - first harmonic2) Four terminal voltage - second harmonic3) Load resistor voltage - first harmonic In the 'Right_Handed_2um_Rotation' data folder, the lock-in amplifiers were assigned as follows:1) Four terminal voltage - first harmonic2) Four terminal voltage - second harmonic3) Load resistor voltage - first harmonic
