Data from: Composition and functional diversity of macrofaunal assemblages on vertical walls of a deep northeast Pacific fjord

This dataset contains three types of data associated with Gasbarro et al. (2018) Marine Ecology Progress Series, collected from remotely operated vehicle imagery surveys in Douglas Channel, British Columbia, Canada. Biological data (i.e. animal abundance and size measurements) from photoquadrats, ROV/water column data (e.g. temperature, depth, dissolved oxygen, etc.) from four dives, and seasonal along-channel current data from a year-long deployment of two moored Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers comprise the three data types. Data was collected as part of an MSc thesis (Gasbarro).本数据集包含与Gasbarro等人（2018）发表于《海洋生态学进展系列》（Marine Ecology Progress Series）的研究相关的三类数据，全部数据采集自加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省道格拉斯海峡的遥控无人潜水器（remotely operated vehicle, ROV）影像调查。该数据集涵盖三类数据：一是来自样方照片的生物数据，即动物丰度与体型尺寸测量数据；二是四次潜水作业获取的遥控无人潜水器/水柱数据，涵盖温度、水深、溶解氧等指标；三是通过两台锚定声学多普勒流速剖面仪（Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers）为期一年的布放所采集的沿海峡季节性海流数据。本数据集的采集工作为Gasbarro硕士学位论文的研究组成部分。
