Investigation of gene expression in murine Shh-Medulloblastoma, ocular lesions of Rax-creERT2::Ctnnb1(ex3)Fl/+SmoM2 Fl/+ (RBS) mice and healthy murine eyes.

The objective of this study was to compare gene expression of RBS ocular lesions with human intraocular medulloepithelioma (IO-MEPL), using murine and human Shh-Medulloblastomas as a reference. Gene expression data was obtained from FF tissue samples of three 14 day old hGFAP-cre::SmoM2Fl/+ mice, as well as eyes of five E18.5 Rax-creERT2::Ctnnb1(ex3)Fl/+SmoM2Fl/+ and four E18.5 Ctnnb1(ex3)Fl/+SmoM2Fl/+ mice as controls.
