This dataset visualizes Grad-CAM based heatmap applied on membrane segmentation results when using Unet.
The training data are shown in "train" folder in which:
- "checkpoint" folder: stores checkpoint files for 3 epochs: 100, 500, and 5,000.
- "image" folder: holds training images
- "label" folder: stores labelled membrane images
The testing results are stored in "test_xxx" folders for 3 epochs: 100, 500 and 5,000.
