Length, weight, sex, gonad weight and maturity stage of Rutilus rutilus and Perca fluviatilis from the Ob River basin, Western Siberia

Excel file contains data on the total length, standard length, total weight, eviscerated weight, sex, gonad maturity stage, and gonad weight of roach Rutilus rutilus and perch Perca fluviatilis sampled in 2011 and 2012 in the Ob River basin. Fish were collected in 12 lakes and 2 rivers using gill-nets with 22 and 28 mm mesh sizes. Measurements for a total of 250 roaches and 274 perches are given.本Excel数据集包含2011年至2012年在鄂毕河（Ob River）流域采集的欧鳊（Rutilus rutilus）与河鲈（Perca fluviatilis）的相关测量数据，具体指标涵盖全长、标准长、总重量、去内脏重量、性别、性腺成熟阶段以及性腺重量。本次研究使用网目尺寸为22mm与28mm的刺网（gill-nets），在12座湖泊与2条河流中采集鱼类样本。本数据集共收录250尾欧鳊与274尾河鲈的测量结果。
