Camden Local Economic Assessment May 2011

Camden’s Local Economic Assessment (LEA) describes the position of Camden in the London economy and discusses the economic challenges and opportunities for Camden. This should provide the Council and its partners with a sound understanding of the borough’s economic position.

The LEA will be used to inform local decisions on economic development and social policy in the context of significantly reduced public funding.

Local authorities are required to prepare an LEA under the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.
