The overlay district boundaries are generally based on the Ldn (yearly day-night average sound level) 60 and Ldn 65 aircraft noise contours and a one-mile buffer that extends beyond the Ldn 60 contour for both Washington-Dulles International Airport and the Leesburg Municipal Airport.<br /></p>
