Helicobacter pylori Raw sequence reads

This study employs whole-genome sequencing to comprehensively analyze the antibiotic resistance phenotypes and genotypes of Helicobacter pylori in Hainan Province, uncovering several key genetic mutations related to antibiotic resistance. Given the global public health implications of Helicobacter pylori antibiotic resistance, our findings not only enhance understanding of its mechanisms of resistance but may also inform more effective treatment strategies.
