Share of private equity-backed buyout deals by industry Australia 2018

In 2018, around 19 percent of the number of private equity-backed buyout deals made across Australia were related to the IT industry. However, the total value of these deals amounted to only three percent of the aggregate deal value across all industries in the same year.
