A simplified co-culture reveals altered cardiotoxic responses to doxorubicin in hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes in the presence of endothelial cells

This Zenodo archive contains the raw data files and processed datasets used to generate the figures and perform statistical analyses in the article "A simplified co-culture reveals altered cardiotoxic responses to doxorubicin in hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes in the presence of endothelial cells" (Brescia et al., Stem Cell Reports, 2026; doi: 10.1016/j.stemcr.2026.102816). The files include time-course measurements, normalized values, and summary statistics derived from live-cell imaging experiments of human pluripotent stem cell–derived cardiac cultures exposed to doxorubicin. The processed data correspond directly to the graphs shown in the main and supplementary figures and were used for plotting and statistical testing.
