miRNA-seq of children with cerebral palsy

Cerebral palsy (CP) occurs prenatally, perinatally, or early postnatally as a feature of a non-processive brain injury syndrome. The etiology of CP is complex and inflammation is thought to be a key factor in its occurrence and development. Therefore, the construction and analysis of regulatory networks of inflammation-related genes are important foris of great significance in explaining the pathogenesis of CP and exploring early diagnostic markers of CP.
