Microbacterium azadirachtae CNUC13 is a plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium isolated from the rhizosphere of maize in Gongju, South Korea. Our previous study demonstrated that CNUC13 with lots of PGPR traits, such as effectively producing IAA and solubilizing calcium phosphate, and CNUC13 also displayed vital alleviation of maize salinity stress. To further explore the underlying mechanism of this strain for application potential, we here report the complete genome sequence of strain CNUC13 obtained by single-molecule real-time (SMRT) sequencing.
