In this prospective study, 26 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy with type 1 or 2 lymphadenectomies were evaluated at two referral centers in Manaus-AM (Hospital Universitário Getúlio Vargas - HUGV and Fundação Centro de Controle de Oncologia do Estado do Amazonas - FCECON), from April / 2016 to June / 2017. All patients signed the Informed Consent Form and completed the project's own form, through an interview, which includes general personal information, symptomatology, possible dietary factors related to gastric neoplasia, endoscopic and tomographic findings, and surgical procedure performed.
