In this prospective study, 26 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy with type 1 or 2 lymphadenectomies were evaluated at two referral centers in Manaus-AM (Hospital Universitário Getúlio Vargas - HUGV and Fundação Centro de Controle de Oncologia do Estado do Amazonas - FCECON), from April / 2016 to June / 2017. All patients signed the Informed Consent Form and completed the project's own form, through an interview, which includes general personal information, symptomatology, possible dietary factors related to gastric neoplasia, endoscopic and tomographic findings, and surgical procedure performed.本前瞻性研究于2016年4月至2017年6月期间，在巴西马瑙斯-亚马孙州的两家转诊中心——盖图利奥·瓦加斯大学医院（Hospital Universitário Getúlio Vargas - HUGV）与亚马孙州肿瘤防控中心基金会（Fundação Centro de Controle de Oncologia do Estado do Amazonas - FCECON）开展，共纳入26例行1型或2型淋巴结清扫的根治性胃切除术患者进行评估。所有患者均签署知情同意书，并通过访谈完成本研究专属调查问卷，内容涵盖一般个人信息、临床症状、与胃肿瘤相关的潜在饮食因素、内镜及断层影像学检查结果，以及所实施的手术操作详情。
