Comparison of the transcriptional changes in dorsal root ganglion between paclitaxel and oxaliplatin induced peripheral neuropathic pain in rats

In this study, we screened the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in dorsal root ganglion between paclitaxel and oxaliplatin induced peripheral neuropathic pain in rats.本研究中，我们针对紫杉醇（paclitaxel）与奥沙利铂（oxaliplatin）诱导的大鼠周围神经性疼痛模型的背根神经节（dorsal root ganglion），筛选二者间的差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes, DEGs）。
