Gene expression (RNA-Seq) in midbrain raphe nuclei of male mice with positive and negative social experience

Whole transcriptome analysis by RNA-Seq in midbrain raphe nuclei of C57BL/6J male mice with positive and negative social experience was done. The database allows revealing differentially expressed genes that are involved in the formation of aggressive and submissive types of behaviors in daily agonistic interactions. Our behavioral approach allows exploring the molecular mechanisms of pathological behaviors. The database can be useful for specialists in the field of molecular psychiatry.
