Additional file 2. Excel application for cell type deconvolution. An application for cell type deconvolution is provided as separate Excel tool. The mean DNAm values for the cell-type-specific CpGs of the Illumina BeadChip training dataset are given as reference matrix. Furthermore, the application allows NNLS predictions to estimate the cellular composition in independent datasets. This table was generated in analogy to the NNLS application for Epi-Blood-Count [16].
